Because Claire Madison products are digital downloads, the nature of the product does not support standard refunds after purchase.
Digital product policy
Once a digital product is delivered or made accessible, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product. For that reason, all sales are generally final.
When a refund may be considered
We may issue a refund only if the purchased product is not delivered within 24 hours of successful payment and we are unable to restore access after you contact support.
Examples that do not qualify for refund
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong product.
- You expected a guaranteed relationship result.
- You downloaded or accessed the product successfully.
- You shared the access link or file with someone else.
Delivery issue process
If you paid but did not receive access, email ask@clairemadison.com with your payment email and order details. We will first try to restore access. If the product is not delivered within 24 hours and access cannot be restored, a refund may be issued.
No outcome-based refunds
Refunds are not provided because a relationship outcome did not happen. Results are not guaranteed, and the product is educational guidance only.
