1. Digital products
The Second Chance Blueprint, the Texting eBook, and the Audio Track are digital educational products. They are delivered electronically after purchase through secure download access.
2. Educational guidance only
All content is general relationship guidance for educational purposes. It is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, crisis support, or a guarantee of any specific relationship outcome.
3. No guaranteed results
Relationship outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the other person's choices, history, boundaries, timing, and emotional state. We do not guarantee that your ex will return, reply, forgive, reconnect, or change their feelings.
4. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the material. You must respect the other person's boundaries, safety, privacy, and consent. Do not use our products to harass, pressure, manipulate, stalk, threaten, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked for space.
5. Access and delivery
After payment setup is connected, downloads will be delivered through a secure access page and/or email. Temporary download links may expire for security reasons, but access can be refreshed through the secure delivery system.
6. Personal use only
Your purchase is for personal use only. You may not resell, share, upload, publish, copy, distribute, or give away the files or download links.
7. Payments
Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes or card charges may apply depending on your payment provider and location.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy. Because these are digital products, refunds are limited.
